ProtecTour was designed by TATE Global to provide you with information that increases your awareness and helps you make sound safety and security decisions while you are traveling overseas. Danger Zones warn you of potentially dangerous areas, providing the location and additional information to help you avoid a possible crisis. Important Places are locations where you can seek assistance or find the closest transportation should you need it. Alert Messages provide timely security information about your local area. You are an important part of the ProtecTour system. The application allows you to respond to alert messages, send your own security check-in notifications, and provide warning information directly to the network and your organization about potentially dangerous events that you are aware of. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Requires iOS 7.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

- After ProtecTour is downloaded, you'll see an INSTALL button to the right. Tap on it to start the actual installation of the iOS app.
- Once installation is finished you can tap on the OPEN button to start it. Its icon will also be added to your device home screen.
